A: We use Xactimate V.25 software.
Q: How will I receive the estimate once it is completed?
A: Once the estimate is completed it will be sent via electronic mail PDF and/or Xactimate format.
Q: Do you provide sketches with the estimates if necessary?
A: Yes, we do provide sketches for an additional fee depending .
Q: Do you provide pictures with the estimates?
A: Yes, pictures are provided in PDF format and/or ESX/Xactimate format.
Q: Who scopes the estimate?
A: Qualified estimators at Quality Estimator, Inc.
Q: When do you expect payment/fees?
A: We expect payment by the end of the following week, once a complete estimate has been sent electronically.
Q: How soon are the estimates scoped and completed?
A: Time varies depending on the client schedule as well as Quality Estimator, Inc., immediate contact will be done with the client within the first two days to ensure proper scheduling is done. The estimated turnaround time is about seven business days once the estimate has been scoped and completed.
Q: Do you revise or re-inspect estimates once they are completed?
A: All requests on revisions and re-inspections must be made within 30 days of the completion of the estimate.
